Coaching & Calls

Services that include live, time-based components, such as 1-on-1 setup calls or coaching sessionsm, are governed by a separate cancellation policy:

  • Cancelled 24+ hours before the call: Full refund issued

  • Cancelled less than 24 hours before: Credit toward a rescheduled session (no cash refund)

  • No-shows: Not eligible for a refund or reschedule without notice

  • Completed sessions: Not eligible for a refund once the call has taken place

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if there is clear evidence of abuse of our refund policy, including but not limited to:
